AMA's with Reshma @ Girls Who Code and Shruti Shah @ Move Loot
This week, Reshma Saujani, Founder and CEO of Girls Who Code, and Shruti Shah, Co-Founder and COO of Move Loot, will be joining us for AMA's (Ask Me Anything).
Reshma Saujani was an attorney, activist, author, and political figure. These days she's focused on being the Founder and CEO of her national non-profit organization that's working hard to close the gender gap in technology.
Shruti Shah is now an Entrepreneur-in-Residence from Silicon Valley Bank and was xx's second dinner guest and we wanted to invite her back for AMA's this week.
Ask Reshma and Shruti anything by commenting below today and tomorrow and she'll write you back later this week.
Next week, we'll have these amazing founders for AMA's:
Curious about everything. Obsessed with startups doing good things for the world. I teach, I learn, I make, I think, I do.
350 startups have raised $123,629,794 on Wefunder
Wefunder supports three different federal laws that allow startups to raise money legally. To comply with the law, Wefunder Advisors LLC and Wefunder Portal LLC (both owned by Wefunder Inc) also list startups depending on the regulation used.
Legal May 16th 2016
Wefunder Portal LLC
for 264 startups
Wefunder Advisors LLC
for 100 startups
for 2 startups
We are the largest funding portal for Regulation Crowdfunding.
Some fine print: 1) These numbers include startups currently live on Wefunder if they pass their minimum target. 2) Some startups use two different laws at the same time (i.e., Regulation D and Regulation Crowdfunding).
XX was built by Wefunder to invest in 20,000 new founders by 2029. In all 50 states across America. Of all backgrounds.
Wefunder Inc. runs wefunder.com and xx.team and is the parent company of Wefunder Advisors LLC, an exempt reporting adviser that advises SPVs used in Reg D offerings. Wefunder, Inc. is not regulated as either a broker-dealer or funding portal and is not a member of FINRA.
